In terms of translating can't you use machine learning or chatgpt to translate?

No thanks, this is the cancer that is afflicting the translation community.
I don't want some random babbling that is even more difficult to translate than actual japanese. It can be useful for simple translations in games where there is just a menu and few cutscene dialogs. But a VN need human intervention.
And i certainly don't waste any money for a machine translation.

Dude, GPT or other advanced LLM's translate almost as well as humans do. I bet with GPT4 you could not even notice a difference.
