The Error you are runing into is most likely that you need to set your system to Japanese localization, not just run it with the emulator. (sometimes that is not enough)

I have Extracted the data file cabinet, but have not gotten to the translating part as of yet, if anyone wish to continue the work from here all you have to do is translate the files in the "data\scenario" folder all the .ks files
