Generally speaking it is going forward at a steady pace, lots of seemingly inconsequential update about small animation details, but once the moving parts are done, it will be time for make the ground rules, as in the the actual coding, however that is yet to come. Give it another year or two I'd say.
At the very least dev is actively working on the game, completely on their own, without any donations, instead of celebrating successfully implementing unity store assets in bi-monthly updates while draining hundreds of patreons of their cash

Your pack says you have added procrastinatus, beauty pack and NPC+, but the Chrissia still has the default outfit and face.

Also, your version of the Procrastinatus patch is way outdated, it says 1.35, and the most recent I have is 1.39.
I can share a link to the 1.39 version if you want.
But tell me when it's downloaded, so I can delete it.

Yes, it is uncensored, it has the new models (your pack uses default models which are quite ugly), and it's also patched so the sandbox page when choosing NPCs isn't bugged.
Also, it has a better English translation.
I am not the author of the pack though, I got it here before the cleaning.

That seems to be the definitive version for the mod pack right? With all of the best packs and translation, uncensor and latest game version too. I'll notify a moderator to use that pack to update in the OP as a definitive download, so that new people don't have to keep looking for the different packs and outdated versions here.
EDIT: compiled file in the link is missing the extension .zip .rar etc, just add at the end it works

Good catch, I hadn't noticed the extension was missing. I packed it with 7zip, so 7z should be the best extension I guess.
Actually, it doesn't include NPC+, or not that I am aware of.
Honestly, I'd prefer if someone else were hosting it, I only have one mega account and I don't want it to be flagged.

This is identical to the mega download. There were no changes done to the file and I didn't even add the .7zip extension.
I used the renaming function and added .7zip to the end after uploading it and it worked perfectly.

As you can see, I have that button.
But I don't understand what you mean by reaction scale.
If you mean the different reaction they have to your actions, then they have those for me, I just tested it.
