i too kind of partially started working on it. I assume you're going to translate the json files?
I am using the deepl web translator along with the desktop app, but halfway through, deepl locked me into auto language detect, english source to japanese language.
I am on the items.json and 1/3rd are done, just.... locked into english auto detect.
update, i had to restart the whole thing manually as my so called 'fast' method breaks the json structures. i am opening the json using npp, somewhat trying to figure out how can i mark all available japanese character, copy, paste to another file, translate and replace them incrementally.
sadly, regex is just an aliens language to me.

I've completed translating the items.json file via mtl, I also fixed some of the errors came up with the regarding the json files. All texts are done in npp, it took too much time as mtl didn't take well on escape/special characters.
Results are okay, some item name that are too long were squished by the game

I explored every possible room available, picked up like 2 glittering point of interest. the red haired and gyaru told me to get to this room but i am lost and i dont know what am i to do over here... anyone?

finished up the MTL it was annoying as hell to trouble shoot and in the end theres a few minor things that i count get to translate without causing bugs.
couldnt fix the the continue it just broke the game and put it back in japanese if i tryed to edit it for some reason
when i get done with some other projects ill try to go in and get the character descriptions working
i tested the comnbat as well everthing was working nice played for about 15 min with no errors please let me know if you find any

could you tell me what to do when we are using the 1st girl's head to roam around, what to do do exactly? i don't know where should i head next though

(a room has has several computer screen)
thare marchant girls masterbrate
with bottle in that room
she will ask for 3 item that each of them can get by interact to water boiler (or coffe maker???)
uselly use it for buy/sale item
that in each safe zone room
hers are easy, you simply have to control the big guy or in the jail room, talk to her, pick 2nd option. all of her scenes are on the next room
i just beat the game, and i got normal endings too, or nocturne end cg
what im missing from the galleries are the following
2nd/blonde gyaru - cg#3,
3rd/tracksuit girl - cg#3
4th/red haired girl - cg#4, cg#8
escape - cg#7
and lastly the following
i somewhat would like to unlock everything

2nd option are just buy extra thing that make game easy
not her h-scene
also you can literelly unlock every scene by buy black orb from marchant girl and use it on girl room
(some part especielly some extra chara cant unlocked literelly by use orb)

to get diffrent ending you need to picked each character item from ??? sanario first

first in table second get by interact invincible girl in left side
3.in headless booba puzzle room
4.in gal girl part before fight a boss along with K book in left side
after get all item play all the way
untill you beat no.1(big guys)
now you take control headless booba
before take the train interact to no.1 first
she will make new mask for him
if you left mask as it is
you will get k ending
which is the worst ending
compare to n one
interact with him again
she will draw sily stuff in his mask
by useing anti-k cell blood
after that take a train
and good luck get true ending
p.s.Yumeno is a best girl

i just saw your reply after i got the true ending, or rather, monstrous ending. i think the flag to get true ending is actually interact with the invisible girl in the icu room while being constantly chased by the big guy. the rest, are just main objective and won't proceed further.
I think the k-file are what will lead us to the true endings too so collecting all the k-files and getting normal ending at ??? 1st playthrough is normal, then play the ??? again, 3 options, 3rd option skips all the way to the ending branch
I didn't know the black orb is a shortcut to unlock each of the galleries for the girls, what of the rgby items? I assume they're for increasing their affectionate/closeness?

first of all you dont have to get to
chase phase to talk invicible girl
after you save booba girls go to
icu room and get it
and yes other orb are for
increase girls likely
(yumeno use the skull one to increase it)
also first time i got true ending my k-file not complete yet but still able to clear true end tho so i think k-file
not the case to get true end
to get ending already set stone what you did before going in train
last is congret to get true ending

I might've missed the ghost girl actually. I found her when the big guy on a rage of chasing me constantly.
k-file... file0, file 1-a and file 1-b given out on the k and m ending.
try buying some special items from her. i already both all of the special items from her, try buying like 2-3 items. the items are as follows in order
memory stone - save anywhere
item stone - reveal lootable objects
light stone - screen visibility
air stone - random enemy chase encounter
strength enhancement - increase damage output
all 4 stones above are used manually
she also should have 4 dialog options, to unlock her gallery it is the shortest text option, or 2nd
