im stuck... so after effie texted me at night and saw that "the ring" girl in the pond... it says to look for answers in town... but ive clicked on every town spot and i doesnt progress?

Yes and yes !!! I completed it before(previous version) and i could access the store NPC. Dunno why I cant now. May be its a bug or something !! may be
