Bypassing ISP/Government blocking

OT for this thread, but you don't get into legal trouble for viewing sites like this in Saudi Arabia?
This would actually be highly disadvantageous when using Tor if you're using Tor properly, but could absolutely be done if you're using Tor improperly.
The proper way to use Tor is with the Tor browser at very minimum, ideally inside of an operating system specifically designed for using Tor. Every browser has a unique fingerprint other than the Tor browser with default Tor browser settings, other than maybe Safari in Private Browsing mode. As soon as you start modifying those settings, you start to stick out. Using anything other than the Tor browser causes you to stick out. Using the same browser you use outside of Tor is incredibly bad practice.
If you're using Tor and it's set up properly, you're already off of your ISP's DNS.
Also, when I say properly, I don't mean it in a rude or authoritarian kind of way, I just mean, if you're using Tor, you're using it to hide from the government, right? Well if you're trying to hide from the government, then you should be using the best opertational security practices you can muster. Don't rob a bank in a uniform that has your name on it, yeah?
Could someone explain to me what this does exactly? It encrypts all content you see on the site into gibberish that is impossible to decrypt? Pretty much allowing more or better security/privacy? Also bypassing government blocks because the thing blocking doesn't know what the gibberish is so it ignores it? Idk tell me if im wrong.

Officially yes but there are other major crimes that require attention more than a single person browsing blocked site. If the site was political then you may have trouble if you spread words that advocate public opinion

Hello, I'm living in Turkey and as far as I know government basically took the control over this stuff. I changed my DNS and did everything as you said above but I can't make it work. I am not into too much tech stuff about internet so it may occur because of me of course. I am using VPN at the time and will try to use them on Firefox, i hope it will work this time.
Edit: It doesn't work. Most of the forums say that government directly blocks usage of DNS so you can't get access even though I've done everything and checked a lot of different methods. So, if you are from Turkey, even Firefox will not save your problem. VPN is the only way and the most practical way. (if you use Tor, your speed will drastically fall, so using an addon VPN is better.)

I also think that Opera also offers the same thing on Win. but I am not sure. Also, I don't think we can use it like that. Someone should try Opera but I am happy with my VPN lol. As I said, our problem was not just about that, Turky basically took control over something called ''BTK'' if I am not mistaken, which means usage of DNS doesn't change something...

So if you live in a country which imposes a ban on sites as this one, you're better off using a no log VPN. Opera's VPN is more of a proxy than a VPN, anyway. Which is already false advertising. I'm sure they'd happily hand anyone over to protect their business model if things get serious.

Yeap, you are right. In Turkey's case, someone should check out Opera but I'm too lazy to do that lol.

Thank you for the 1.1.1.1 really hopefull generally in a third-world country buttttt 1.1.1.1 does not work on F95 even though I can all banned sites such as Pornhub yet I can not get it to work on here, any idea as to why it probably is from my side but does F95 have an special circumstance that could block me from entering?

Sorry for the late response but no it does not. Having tried that with 1.1.1.1 and base IP adresses, I was not succesful. Don't know what F95s software configuration I an inclined to believe it is a site side problem not because I have any evidence towards it but I havve exhausted the other options. Going to browse with the patented 12x times slow vpn of Opera I suppose.
i usually just used holavpn its easy, you can get each tab with different country

Proxy, VPN, TOR. All viable options. TOR won't give you speed but privacy to the fullest at the expense of speed. So in your case I'd go with a VPN service. Mullvad (5$), OVPN.com(10$), IVPN(6 to 10$) and AirVPN(7$) are all stellar services with no logs.
If they block those services then you might get lucky with VyprVPN as a last resort, their chameleon protocol helps people in China circumvent the Great Firewall and they stopped logging some time ago.

I have seen no clear indication that PIA has been compromised since the purchase, nor that KAPE had any intention to use it as a vehicle to push malware, reneg on their Terms & Conditions, etc. Instead, I've read validations that they have remained true to their terms thus far.
Frankly, none of those references support your conclusion and you shouldn't scare people unnecessarily.
