Just found out that someone made a crappy AI model of Kira and the best part is that it still looks better than Mulan's "rework" lol

I experimented a bit but I don't think that I published it somewhere. It's learned from the original so of course it's going to look better since the original looked amazing

I don’t think it’s crappy and I agree - it is better than my art, I intend to completely stop drawing by myself to speed up the development.
Hey, the whole point of my recent npc appearance polls is to give people something to vote for while we work on the update.
If you think there are other more interesting polls I can conduct - I’ll gladly do so. But there’s got to be some polls, polls are the only thing people can’t steal from me and the only real reward I can give.

I feel like you don't give yourself enough credit. Your art is my favorite in the genre, and I feel like a lot of people would agree with that. The lion's share of RPGM games use lazily taken photos of 3d renders using either ripped or free assets. Most of them honestly invoke uncanny valley. Using any kind of actually drawn art is a massive step above, and your art is broadly speaking getting better as a whole, even if specific things might not be to some people's tastes.

You should make a poll on what vivarium questline you should finish first. I feel like the vivarium quests are the easiest to finish and it would make the entire area a finished part of the game. You could then focus on the city again or add a new area entierly.
The vivarium is just a neat seperate part that would add a lot to the game with relatively little. Also you should add a shower or a pond or whatever to the vivarium. You can't expect people to walk from the vivarium all the way to the apartment again just to take a shower.
Also I don't hate your art in case that wasn't clear, I just hate that one cursed rework image of Kira. The art's great!
Almost certainly he will not be able to do the first. In case of the second, he will be evacuated westwards. In case of the third, same applies.

AI is just a tool, only mediocre artists should be afraid of it and please don't stop drawing completely, how else you'll hone your craft. Honestly AI stuff looks samey and uninspired.
