I apologize for this post but ...
This program from palolios was the best, however, maybe thanks to google (something with the API) it currently translates very poorly. The translation is often very incomprehensible. The question is ... will palolios ever fix it for those who are not in the position of a paid program ??
And yes, I tried other programs ...
Zenpy - The renpy game translator FREE ... at the end of the translation it throws up approx. 20 error windows, however, it seems that the translation is completed ... then I have to edit the translation for approx. 1 hour to start the game .... example (original ..... help ! ") - (translation ....help \") = script error ... does the paid version work the same ???
Ren'py Translator OneClick BAD75 - only paid ? ... can be tried ???
Translator3000 - currently unusable translation
Renpy Translator v2.1.5-alpha - I have never managed to translate anything in it ....
I was addicted to the palolios translator because I don't speak English and translation is the only way to play these games .....
I don't know what to do anymore ....

I also use the Paloslios software, which suits me perfectly. Very good software for English to French.
On the other hand, Google translation is SUPER slow at the moment, whereas it used to be super fast.
On French translations, not too many errors to report.

Hi,
I don't feel that the translation in paloslios is slower, but it is very inaccurate (some sentences don't make sense) probably because of what he wrote about the API.
When I translate the sentences directly on google, deepl, deepseek they make sense.
I understand that some games can't be translated. The games I need can be translated but the translation is very confusing. Currently there probably isn't anything like paloslios translation before it stopped working thanks to google.

I had the same problem, I used the paloslio program, translator300, bad suits program and zenpy free version for a long time
However, in terms of translation, they were all extremely bad, it seems that they use the same translation system which is almost unusable
But I decided to go for the paid versions, I bought the paid version of Zenpy and this problem was solved with a new Google Translator that was inserted into the program and so far it is translating extremely well
I also want to give Ren'py Translator OneClick BAD75 a try, because from what I've seen it seems extremely simple, but I'm still worried about the quality of the translation
In short, I believe that now only paid programs are worth it

F95Zone Paloslios Renpy Quick Translator, Zenpy free, Translator3000 (all options).
The result ... all translations are 98 percent the same, but 50 percent different from the original translation (Paloslios, translator3000). Example of the original translation: I don't have one. (Já žádný nemám.). New translation: I don't have one. (Nemám jeden). Even though they seem identical in English, in Czech there is a big difference and especially it seems like it was completely taken out of context.
What amazes me is that even paid translators (translator3000, zenpy) have such a bad translation.

all oneclick programmes use free libraries that take advantage of google (palos had made one that used APIs from DeepL, deepL's APIs have 500,000 characters per month free of charge then have a cost)

and a more professional programme with text extraction, split files into smaller parts with tags for the variables and reintegration after translating the files into the desired language with deepL Pro , after reintegrating the original variables and reintegrating the translation into the rpy files

get the free programmes use them make your own translations and play
be patient if sometimes some translations are not correct enough
and always thank those who give you the opportunity to use free programmes

it's possible with web translation
I have tried almost everything. web sculpting, translating using web console, using deep-translate library etc etc. none of them worked properly. but webtranslate is unbanable and I think it's pretty fast. You can manually translate a 200k line translation in 2 minutes.
