Tutorial - How To Run Japanese Games On Windows

am I the only one who don't understand the instructions? it feel like it is meant for Devs and computer Wizards. for a normie all of the instruction look jumbled of words and key words I don't understand. still the another Review helped me and just did the Local Emulator, just wish he told me the easy way first rather. and yes I am just dumb.

I first try to use Daemontools, but I didn't understand anything So, I used the local emulator choice, and problems were fixed. (most with wolf rpg games ).
It is really easy to do, but hard to find the solution by ourselves XD.
