Exclusive? I mean, you can get a collection of assets, merge them to make a custom character, pay for all the interactive licence, and just make sure never to tell anyone what ratios you used to morph and merge the body together, that is as good as you can do. as for an exclusivity license, Unless you have millions that ain't going to happen.
