Well, if I'm being completely honest, I'd say that's a hyperbole. Guess I'd categorize this as shit-class "NTR" - like how an overhorny virgin preteen would think of NTR.
It's frankly, ridiculous. The conversations, heck, the whole script is stupid(-adjacent), and I don't think it is the MTL's fault.
The ladies are nicely generated AI CGs, though, and the animations are passable (even if they clearly reek of lazyness). The gameplay gets tiresome really fast, too - yes, you should use Cheat Engine/mtool/something along the line.
frankly, NTR is just as cheating. and this is exacly NTR, but depend on what your point of view and it can be seperate to be netorare or netori, or netarase. NTR is just a shorten of all those form
If you used the 100% save from the front page it is because the guy didn't include all the files. Use mine instead:

I found a few bugs in this game:
1 - The sexshop keeper bugs out if you try to talk to her after unlocking the blowjob scene.
2 - The recovery therapy minigame does not earn recovery.

There is a lot of text that isn't translated, specifically if you raise the blue bar to the max before the pink. Experimentation and all that, translating it is necessary for immersion.

Had them both too. Also Aoi rating goes up instead of down when letting the doctor do the therapy
I gotta say, I'm very disappointed by the endings... Don't think playing legit is even worth your trouble. If you do play legit, just aim for day 31/32 like you are suppose to and don't think about how trying to get the good ending. Just download a save to see what would happen

- Open the game that you want to cheat on and the Cheat Engine
- Click the computer-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the Cheat Engine window
- Select your game's process from the list and click Open
- Enter the value that you want to change in the Value field and click First Scan
- Change the value in the game and click Next Scan
- Select the addresses that match the value and change them as you wish
I'm trying to increase money with cheat engine but it doesn't work, what do I do?
It works, you are just not trying enough. It REALLY should be very straightforward. Do Cheat Engine's tutorial.

I want to change the value of the money, I put the settings I had to put but the addresses do not appear (the value entered is the value after the next scan)
Okay, I take that back. Sorry for being a wise-ass. It's actually very hard (probably) with Cheat Engine, with the game being RPGM MZ with many processes and whatnot; didn't manage to find the value/address myself, now retrying. Otherwise it should have been really straightforward for realsies.
Anyhoo, must have misremembered... Definitely not as easy as was described here. I probably used mtool or an RPGM MZ cheat plugin from here (F95zone) or save editor... Look them up, they have threads.
...Unless someone who really (REALLY) knows their stuff can tell you how to use CE on this. Anyways, if you select the -exact-right process when attaching it to the game (there will be like 7-8 'game.exe' processes), the speedhack (in CE) could be made to work.
It's not worth all the hassle, imho, though. The game - generally... Just get a save.
