Welcome to the F95zone Recruitment & Services Forum
PLEASE READ THIS THREAD IN FULL BEFORE POSTING

Being one of the largest adult gaming forums we at F95zone wanted to help the community grow and make it easier for those who are wanting to create projects or grow their already existing team with a convenient place to find members of our community to fill those roles, and for our talented members to connect with each other to help them continue to make fantastic content. This sub-forum is for recruitment and services posts only. You are welcome to give first-hand feedback on a developer or employee in their specific thread but please keep it work related.

The Staff and Moderation team at F95zone is taking a hands-off approach to any issues stemming from advertisements posted here unless there is a direct violation of our rules. By making a thread here you take on the responsibility of any payment or work issues related to any hiring from that thread. You are still free to report any issues to a member of the staff or moderation teams. We will evaluate grievances on a case-to-case basis.

Guidelines:
  1. Please use the below corresponding template, depending on if you're recruiting or advertising your service
  2. Ensure you're using the correct prefix(es) for your thread
  3. Be clear and concise in your thread title
  4. This is a public forum, do not post any personal information here
  5. If you're not looking to hire, advertise, or provide feedback please do not post here
  6. Once your service / recruitment is no longer available / is completed please report your thread asking for it to be moved.
  7. You must bump your thread at least once every 3 months. If not, it will be considered completed.

We've put together some helpful tips for those who are looking to build teams or are new to freelance work:
  • Start with a clear line of communication and talk out every detail before all parties agree to begin work. Communication is key in any working relationship, ensure all parties have good communication skills and you can clearly understand each other
  • Establish any payment expectations and ensure all parties are happy with the established amounts. Some writers prefer a per word rate. Some artist want to be paid by the hour. Ensure that payment terms are crystal clear to help avoid future problems
  • Make sure the ownership of any works are clearly defined in the contract
  • ALWAYS have a finalized agreement in writing. This gives every team member a clear layout of what the expectations are. Make sure you understand the agreement in full and you're 100% comfortable before continuing
  • Please do your best in providing as much relevant information as you can. Moderators will remove empty low-effort threads at their discretion.

The staff and moderation team at F95 wish you the best of luck on your projects. We look forward to seeing the community continue to grow and are happy to take any feedback on how we can improve on doing that, especially in this new forum.

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out to a moderator or staff member.

We've added the following prefixes for play testers and other services that don't match any other type of request / offering:
[R>Play Tester], [R> Other]
[S>Play Tester], [S> Other]

We've also added a new rule:
  • You must bump your thread at least once every 3 months. If not, it will be considered completed.
We feel this is necessary, as it will make this subforum more accessible, as with this, old inactive results will be filtered out.

As of 2020/02/07, we'll give a week for those who wish to bump their threads, before starting the enforcement of this rule.
