The old man which you give a cocktail to requires that you get a blackbox from a painting inside the gray house you can lockpick. Giving him this box unlocks a shop which allows you to buy any outfit in the game, this is how you get the swimsuit, vest, and sportswear.

So i got the black box and gave it to the old man who went into the tent. Now he's just standing inside a tent, i clip to him through a wall and am unable to interact with him for the secret shop. Where is this shop and how do you access it?

EDIT: okay just wait a few days and the shop will appear in the old man's tent.
