I can run the game. Can you start it, then have trouble? or can't even start it?
If you have trouble after playing awhile maybe try taking the "game" folder out of the Japanese named folder. It may help, or it may not.
It runs for me, even inside that folder.
It's a possibility that the game could have trouble if the directory is too long, (within too many sub-folders).

so far the MTL worked but it the voice wouldnt work (the original japanese vers. had no problems regarding the voice) however the game itself had a bug in the cg room, after the scene is done it wouldnt go back to the menu, you would be just stuck in a black screen. Just exit the game then start it again.
