I have started translating this since 1 week ago.
it's not yet finished, but the wait is gonna worth (I hope) since this was 100% organic translation.

You have to use Locale Remulator to run 7zip with Japanese locale and unzip the game. This will "fix" the file names that are gibberish and it'll load correctly. This is just the sprite for an NPC, which will still work without it but the NPC is "invisible"
The copy linked and uploaded everywhere is the first release version, there are some bugs that got fixed later on that fixes some progression bugs.
Two events cannot progress currently:
1) Village chief event remains at 1st event despite having maxed out the sword
2) Childhood friend is missing in his house preventing progression for his events

i think winrar and bandizip can now let u change name encoding without using japanese locale
