Also, I may be wrong about this, it seems he uploads every 10 days. Been observing for the past 2 months

It's literally impossible with .mp4(at least no one does that to mp4), maybe you downloaded something else at the same time or don't zip download, do one by one, Defender can false react to zips

from what I know mp4 files can contain malware eventhough it's very rare.

I didn't download anything else, I even double checked and tried downloading the same file again. I tried both a single file and zip file download so zip can't be the thing that caused a false flag.
