Also, the Read Me prefix is usually reserved for posts that provide guidance for something - often for the respective thread they are in. It is not meant as a way to tell people to "read" the post

For example, in the recruitment thread you will see that there is only one Read Me post (it is the first one, because it is "sticky") and I suggest you read it before posting. It makes it easier to create a post that attracts people faster. Good luck
