In situations like these, I just appreciate the CG.
Some femProtag games dont actually let you take the path, but force you in situations/events/with people and then you just gotta deal with it. So its annoying you dont have control as you do when when playing as MaleProtag

Path choices alone doesn't negate it from being a visual novel. In fact non-linear branching storylines that could potentially lead to multiple endings are common in VNs.
Unless this VN incorporates some kind of sandboxy element where you get to chose where to move and what to do, like in Milfy City, this is a traditional style VN.

My question is exactly whether the choice between gay, bi and straight path will be real, or this will just quickly end up as a gaygirl VN with the rest of the options present purely for the sake of appearances. Something we'll see only later i guess

WOW! This game just came out of nowhere. Fantastic job! I already feel a connection with the characters. Great writing and visuals! The music kicks ass. Can't wait to see how this unfolds.

Yeah, I quickly went back to the save and replayed that scene to the end of the day and it still kept saying that. At first I thought I went the wrong path, till the rerun.
