Just start a new game, skip through the opening with holding spacebar, or left mouse button,
then open up console with F12, then click the Console tab, input cheats!
The $cheat.openMemories() will definitely be of high interest. After using it open up Journal and you can see the gallery.

I see what you mean. Some more harassment beyond the voyering, yeah...Like in the SS there wouldn't be any horny locals ready to abuse the shiny tail for money of some passing vault bimbo who doesn't even recognize male brahmin from female...
So, is the start really bugged? I try to exit the vault and come back in, but security guy stops me and tells me to put my stuff in the side locker AND that there is a spare vault suit to put on (Even though I am wearing one).
When I go to the side locker, I am only able to put knife and the meat I got from killing rats into locker.
When I go back to try to enter the Vault, he still stops and says I still haven't put in my belongings....is this a known bug? Am I missing something?

for people who are bug by the vault entrance guard keep asking you to put stuff in the locker, get this (1) Tool - RPGM - MTool: RPGMaker/WolfRPG/TyranoBuilder/SRPGStudio/Kirikiri/SGB Real-time cheat + one-click machine translation tool | F95zone and no clip through the wall instead of entering through the entrance.
interact with the locker in the back with a red + on it to change into the new oneClimbed up and got the jumpsuit in the warehouse, Can't change into the new jumpsuit, can't leave the warehouse.
Game over
Finished the game in under 20 mins .

The locker in the middle of the gate room, where in the original you found couple of useless flares that are there again. You shouldn't be able to get anything inside besides the jumpsuit, canteen and whatever you had when you first entered the room to leave the vault.
Judging from comments, there might be nowadays a bug, but I have entered successfully the vault in the previous versions.

yes there is annoying bug, i put possible things always and the guard still dont let me enter.
is buffout a permanent or temporary stats buff?

Lets face it at this point: The scale of the game is simply too large to be ever completed, especially with high quality.
Why? Because Interplay/Black Isle had at most 30 people working on F1 and it took them three and half years to complete and bug patches on top of that, but this game probably has just one dev plus perhaps couple of helping hands/artists now and then. I am already amazed if they get the starting places plus perhaps Hub and Junktown made with some accuracy and honestly the game doesn't even need more than couple of towns that are well made. Probably more reasonable way to dev the game to begin with would be to mod the original and simply patch there the porn.
Developing game is not an easy task, especially without large team of professionals and for some reason people always tend to forget that or don't even know the fact. You really can't assume in F95 where most people developing games are either not pros or doing it alone as their hobby or self-employment projects to shell out content like the AAA studios.
Also since the content here is free, so what can you even expect?
Not sure in this game since I haven't used them, but if I remember correct it was temporary in the original unless you used a glitch to make it permanent. F1&2 were full of bugs and exploits you could abuse to hell and back. I think there was actually legit way at some early point to get all stats to 10 in original F2 by simply abusing bugs that multiplied items or made temp boosts permanent.
