HS2 is more popular and is much easier to mod because of its existing "Mod infrastructure". For RG all this need to be redone from scratch and this is a lot of work. If you're interested in details, I recommend

Anyone running Ubuntu/Linux? I have the game running with proton but the English translation isn't functioning. It works with literally every other Illusion game including HoneyCome. But for some reason it's not working on the one game I would argue requires it to play.
Also tried GE Proton and adding "WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%" to launch options.

Only as hard mod (if there are any). Zipmods do not work at the moment.
But you can make own overlays: Go to the char editor, then "Skin type"; on the right window there's a "material" tab. Export the "Main Tex" (a transparent png, where you can paint your tattoos on) and the "UV Map" (for orientation, if needed). Then create your tattoos and save it as png. Now load it in the materials tab ("Load new texture") and tadaaa, your Char is covered with your creations

Are you blocking the translator with your firewall? I don't know for sure, but I know in the past the translators for Illusion games were using google servers.

This is one of the most disappointing Illusion titles in a while. The new ideias and mechanics are nice but the game is just a worse honey select with a few sandobx and rpg elements.
Also HS2 is still the most popular game so the mod scene for room girl is basically abandoned.

I wish i could get it working because that all sounds like good news to me. HS and HS2 were massive wastes of time to me because of the lack of any actual gameplay. Basically just the sex scenes from all their other titles and nothing else. Some RPG mechanics and sim stuff is a great addition.
So I think my issues might be related to this message

If anyone has any clue on how to fix it. I tried googling but just get a bunch of Unity editor topics. I'm not advanced enough to know how any of those posts might relate to modding a japanese porn game beyond it being on Unity.
