Hello guys I'm here for a yearly check up with the status of the game, mind anyone tell me how far the latest update has progressed? How many levels are there right now? Is the game at least 30% finished?

I believe the only answer I can give you is play it and find out.
Believe me I really really want to but I'm desperately holding back since I don't want to spoil the experience if there's still barely any content. For me it would qualify as a playable game if it has at least 4-5 levels done.

Technically there's three. There's the backend area of the monastery (tutorial section), swamp and graveyard routes.
Yes, the swamp area is new in its entirety, but so is the tutorial and the graveyard route itself is slightly different despite it ultimately leading to the same fight with the gravekeeper. There's also the village area, if we want to count that as well.
Since I was getting bored of waiting for the full release, I decided to play around with a simple mod that makes her model pregnant 24/7 because "why not?"
So I digged up the mod folder from ver1.4.2 (because it has the pregnant pics) and copied it to the latest version's folder.
Then I just replaced everything in Animation/(Normal/Broken)/Base/ with the ones in Pregnant and Breast folder (might as well).
Booted up character setting in-game and changed the model to the pregnant mod, but upon closer look I noticed no bulge. Changed back and forth to the default model and I'm convinced there's really no change in the belly size.
And I know the mod worked because the boob size changed to the gargantuan milkers.
So I did even more digging and opened the files in the good old 'Shop and as I suspected, all the images in Pregnant folders were just placeholders.
here is how it looked after I stitched the pixels together:

But with bare minimum knowledge on how to draw and color, I did my best to make her look pregnant.
Anyway, I don't know why I'm telling you all this... It's probably just my mind trying to reason with me that this kink project might not be worth the mild inconveniences of drawing 35 different variations of her body alone...
(tho idk I might continue it and edit the Portrait images too)

Would be really stoked to see someone make pregnant edits of all the (non-guro) left side portraits
so... isolation ward is gone for now? Demi-human, bobel, the enouth (or however you spell it) is gone as well?

Because it's a demo, they are still working on the full game, it should be mostly done by the end of the year.....
Based on your description I imagine there's a seamless transition between each area/level that aren't separated by boss fights or loading screen, is that right?
In any case I guess I can wait another year..
there will be no new content until they release the full game. Sometimes I get mixed up between 'test' and 'trial' If Iv read the updates correctly the trial version will be coming on DLsite this year. But again I get confused between 'demo' 'trial' and 'test'
Only the Test version is playable but I think it just gives people an idea how it will play. Pretty certain the full game will be released this year though. Sept maybe?
Also for those not in the know the OVA of Sinister has released with episode 2. Again its...not good? For some reason the giant spiders turned into huge goblins which didnt make sense. Its like they didnt know how spiders could rape her so they morphed them into goblins. And the rest is just....so-so. I mean yeah watch it and find out but I just shrugged and carried on web browsing lol

I've been searching their dl page but has anyone seen files for naked version as seen here. I will end up just doing it myself if I can't find it rofl.
It would be funny if someone made functional mod even before the game release.

Google Translate was rough on that one, but i think i get what the dev meant:
If you sub, you may see additional (different) pixel art animations (My guess: probably not being included in the game) and "sneak-peak" at pictures (probably game over CGs etc.) that will be included in the game anyway at some point.
Development stays the focus though and monthly benefits may or may not be included.
The ROMS/ Demos can all be buyed with the back issue, so no need to subscribe to the plan just for them.
The 500, 1000 and 2000 yen plan have the same benefits.
I you want to give him money but expect a return, i recommend going through his articles to see, how often he actually includes additional content.
Keep in mind: Even if you subscribe, you won`t see past releases. You need to buy a "back issue" for those months.

My usual go-to's for this sort of thing are slime girls or plants girls, but since the first probably isn't going to happen, and the second kinda-sorta-but-also-not-at-all happened during the first game, i'm not expecting that either. Though, if she got turned into a naga or something like that and it wasn't just part of a immediate game-over scene like in the first game, that would be great. Something that ends up corrupting her and gives her the ability to transform others into subservient clones of herself would also be really cool.
I'd probably be interested in any sort of non-immediate corruption/gameover tf tbh, provided its not entirely about guro or a few other things. (and just for the sake of potential clarification, i'm not against the game having it or anything, its just not my thing.)
