Midnight Paradise [Lewdlab] Discussion

Hey everyone,
So let's start with the bad news:
Midnight Paradise's release is delayed until January. I'm sorry, I know many of you've been expecting it for this month, but I need a couple more weeks.
I underestimated the amount of work it takes to implement the things I want you to have in the first release. Also, starting out with 8 characters from the main cast, and several side characters, with 3-4 times the starting environments in DoD, it's a bit more challenging than I thought.
With a game like this, I'd say this first release is probably 40% of the work of the whole game so I'm still pretty sure after tackling the first release focus and time won't be split up so much and releasing the updates will be smooth and steady.
I'm also announcing a bit of the pledge rewards changing starting from January.
The $15+ Researcher tier gets a bit of an upgrade:
- Starting from January the extras for Dreams of Desire will be included in this tier, previously only being available for the $20+ Mad Scientist tier
- The other rewards in this tier stay the same
Extras for Midnight Paradise will stay in the $20+ Mad Scientist tier (and above).
(You'll still get the extras for both games if you are in the $20+ tier)
For the Elite tier, the usual early access reward will still be active, and I'm also planning something to add some bonuses for Midnight Paradise, as DoD had the alternate outfits.
I was really hoping to get the release out this month, but I'll do my best to make the wait worthwhile guys.

This is exactly why i love Lewdlab, he takes his time with his projects and you can see he puts a lot of passion into his games. Which i admire
I love lewdlab for dedication, but I doubt that he found out that he is totally unprepered for the release just yesterday(i slept and dreamed about plaiing it today), if only he could told about delay beforehand

Well I think it's great. Now we know for certain that the new mom doesn't have the same unrealistic cow titties than DoD's mom.
I am actually very happy about that.

How can you not love the ti[cough] eyes of Mrs Turner?! You will be banished from the midnight paradise, HERETIC!
Is this going to be another boring vanilla game where the mc is nice to everyone? Will there be any control over the mc's behaviour like being able to blackmail and corrupt characters, or will all the relationships with the girls be like Milfy City where all the girls love you and every path is basically the same? I'm not saying there is anything wrong with these vanilla love routes, but I would like to see some variety in how the mc treats other characters.
