NTR only happens if you want it to, basically, with all the main heroines, the one who has the most NTR plots is the MC's mother.

For most of them just get lust up to 60 then rest at the inns with the sleeping guy and chose to sleep in that area with him and they will trigger. There's also the homeless camp in capital where you can whore you companion's out to. For mom marry and move with her, guy who lives next door will notice her and do something naughty outside and then do some quests and boss fights then teleport to town not home town and go home and see event then repeat for final scene. then you can also go to bath's with her and just whore her out to. There are also the other ntr event in capital and stronghold base but those have no scenes
In inns outside of cities (like public roads) if you sleep in the shared room a stranger will molest your companion. If her lewdness is high enough (60 for most, 70 for Lucia/Sylvia, maybe lower for Vanilla) she'll let him fuck her. The guy has a cooldown per inn, and I think there's 3 or 4 where he can spawn (I don't remember precisely). Just make sure to use the SHARED room when sleeping at an inn.
I have another question... What about the dances? I am using Mtool and there are some variables for some character called "dances"... I can make a companion do dances like Analcia does? I can Make Lucia or other companion dance naked? There is another one called voyeurism... This one I don't really know what could be

Okay man, thanks. I've been reading all this thread and came to the conclusion of which NTR scenes exists in total so I shouldn't look for any more... Inside the game, there exists a variable of NTR for Lois, but as you say, it seems it doesn't exist so I don't know why that is there...
I also wasn't able to trigger NTR scenes with Mirei, the mother
Anyway, I absolutely loved this game! The NTR scenes are amazing with each love interest, and their content in singular is amazing too
