Imagine, the 2 remaining scenes with Doggo and the Merchant were supposed to come out together with the initial 0.30 release, then delayed to 'within a few days', then to 'within this week', and now to '25th, July' I guess he got what he wanted: money! I don't think those are in the game right now, for the most part the outfit variations are just outfits that the characters wear at different points of the day, you don't actually have control on what they're wearing.
