Is there something like a "prebuild" Repack for DAZ as there is for Honey Select

There is not really the concept of "mods" for Daz - it's a content creation tool built on a private internal framework, quite unlike the illusion games which (recent titles anyway) are built on a game engine that already has modding tools available.
Daz exists as a free give-away tool because the company survives on taking a percentage of sales for small 3d creator's works via their storefront.
Creators sell 3d figures with both shape morphs and skin adjustments. They sell hair and hair color extenders, they sell clothing items, props, architectural environments, Vehicles, and furniture, and morph packs and expression packs, and HDRI background images. Even there are scripts to extend the functionality of Daz, such as the Scene optimizer which compresses unnecessarily hi-res texture files, or conversion scripts that re-map clothing items to fit different generation figure types.
There is over 110000 items in the store now, although admittedly the oldest stuff is not relevant to current quality expectations. The total file size of all that content is certainly in the several 100s of terabytes, possibly even >1 petabyte.
Finally, there are so many different styles that there is not really any way to make subgroups that would be useful to enough people that they would be interested in getting it.
Most wannabe 3d image creators will just search around on the various pirate sites and forums and download the individual things which suit their current project as they need it. As such, there is not any "repack" of common items that I am aware of.

Do youhave any recommendations of sites/ forums where you can find the assets ? (besides the F95 asset sharing ofc)
For example on the illusion Discord there where mod sharing channels where you could easily scroll tru the mods and have a preview available of what it looks like quickly (before the DC got nuked)
Also is it like in Skyrim modding that cloths for Genesis 8 Females dont fit Genesis 7 Females ? like in Skyrim with CBBE and UNP ? Also what exactly are Genesis models are they the "industry" standard like CBBE and UNP ?

No real "forums" that I'm aware of. There's a rotating (due to takedowns etc) crew of russian download sites that all cross post (stealing from each other) the same new releases. I don't spend much time looking these days as I'm not actively using Daz for content creation ATM. Two names i remember are 3dload and shadowcore. There's another that regularly shows up if you google specific releases that is invite only, not sure how to get in.

Daz figures have come through several "generations" (that's what the G stands for). Oldest reasonably useful stuff is G3, G8 was an improvement but incompatible. G8.1 had better default skins and facial mesh, and was compatible to G8. G9 is the newest and most resource intense - and there are still arguments as to whether it looks better than G8.1.
By "incompatible" i mean that the mesh and weights are not exactly the same so cross-generation clothing or hair can be "autofit" but sometimes looks weird. There are conversion scripts that do a pretty good job, better than autofit.
As far as I know Daz has nothing to do with the "industry standards" (i've never heard of cbbe unp), except that these days due to the very very large content library a lot of creators are using daz sources and importing into other platforms. One thing to be careful of there is that while daz doesn't and can't really police the pirating of assets for still images, they do actively enforce the "3d realtime" license of their figures and clothing - that is they chase any 3d realtime game or similar that has models based on their sold IP.

The biggest "not-so-legal" site for DAZ ain’t a secret at all, and it's been mentioned here plenty of times...
