He's a participant of the jerk gym scene. If there's a jerk that likes you at the gym, he can approach you, ask to work out together, then if you accept, after the workout he'll suggest you go with him to the changing room where you'll meet Horse. It's the only kinda-threesome scene in the game. There's also a small subscene later where, if you develop a relationship, he can ask PC to be his GF.
You can just create a custom male character that has taciturn trait and huge everything and replicate Horse, I think as far as locked traits go, he's always ripped, has giant dick and doesn't talk much.
is there a tag for sales client? I keep ending up with ugly ones and want to change that.

Are you kidding me? For me its the most fun when my PC gets used by ugly, fat or old NPCs. It makes her so dirty ;-) Where is the fun in fucking a handsome and good guy? None at all.
You meet him when you hang out with the gym jerk after a workout. When the Jerk sneaks you into the locker room, Horse is there as well. After you meet up (i am unsure if you have to continuously meet up with them or not) eventually, you receive an event where the gym is closed and through that event, you can unlock horse as a friend, potential date, club goer, etc...

Not really. There's one shitty workaround you could try though. That client npc is one of the "spontaneously" generated guys, meaning he's not generated at the game start - he'll only get generated when you activate a certain trigger, in this case it's accepting the first promotion. Soooo, you could save the game, accept the promotion, wait until you get a client event, see what he looks like and if you don't like it - reload the save and try again.

inserts one small scene with obscure triggers and little to no interactivity
well, to be fair, the porn scene didn't fall into obscure triggers to set it off but it still wasn't a very good scene.

ty i was holding off on downloading, last time the options were there but greyed out because it wasnt patron version you could only do like 2 cheats or something out of like 10 i think
Probably because it doesn't usually contain much lol. I did the same thing. I still can't get the event to fire, though.

I've played roughly 200 weeks in total and I've managed to trigger it only once, with a sleazy boyfriend. I don't even know if it's possible to get it more than once per playthrough per npc (like the lowlife scene). Oh, and the scene sucks as well. It's not "cooking class" bad, but it's not too far from it.
Also, that incompetent (or just lazy, gee I wonder which one is more likely) twat didn't integrate it with the cheating system correctly, which actually made for the funniest moment of that playthrough.
After my character's boyfriend was done standing and watching her get plowed by a random co-star, he came up to her asking if she had sex with the guy because he heard the rumours about them and he was SHOCKED to discover that yes, people do fuck in porno movies. Fucking comedy gold right here.
