JWAFFF 0.5.2 soft locks the player when using saves to progress the time of day. Click the bed and you are locked.

Sadly there is now a bug after the couch scene. It says to talk to her in the morning and she is nowhere. I assume she is in the kitchen but it won't let me enter it

That's not a bug it's just that her routine is random so sometimes she won't appear on the day... it's probably bad design tho. noted. u can sleep until she appears
