meh, game is okay'ish but has nothing in it that would be worth checking out. you basically choose between three girls, have the option to either use sleep pills, rape them while they are awake or rape them while using an aphrodisiac. that's it. no real story, really broken english conversations, no interactions, nothing. you can basically play the game through in a minute or two. positive thing to mention though: the animations are quite fluid and not half bad.

I believe so yes the law doesn't cover personal possession just possession for the purpose of sale, distribute, or public display, though I'm unsure whether or not Japan has any similar regulations regarding the import of adult material, if they do then personal possession of uncensored porn would require self production or breaking another law to obtain it. I believe Japans obscenity law can also be used to prosecute the distribution/sale of adult literature it doesn't require images only what can be classified as obscene.

Really wish they would get rid of that stupid law. Some of the hottest videos I've ever seen were from Japan and made totally unwatchable because of the damn mosaics.

I agree some of the best I've seen have come from Japan both videos and games, they would be so much better if they didn't blur/mosaic or use convenient magic steam to cover naughty bits etc but I doubt it will change anytime soon because any person who proposes changing the law would most likely be looked at as a pervert.

Its Japanese law.

However, most artists draw the cunt even though they put mosaic on top. Its relatively easy to remove the censor (usually) I did it a few days ago with another sleep fuck sim. I'll release the patch for that game if I ever see it pops up on here. Took me a few hours though since the censoring was literally named "asset078" or something like that.. Its kinda hard to go through 77 assets before that, messing about with the different variables, save it and then open the game. Its monotonous.

Anyway, to get back to your question - TL;DR

Japanese laws prohibit the showing of genitalia in porn.
