So many bugs in the game. Some Char did not change like Principal Smith (clothing ng)The guy in Cinesaga, MC's mom in the bathroom but when I go to the kitchen his mom is in there too. Theres alot of bug in the version.

How can someone take months upon months to work on an update that breaks absolutely everything? I don't understand how every single update needs 5 fucking bugfixes.
Same question... saw the rollback mod on the title page, looks like it was written for several versions ago, does it still work?

Your OS(Windows at least) needing a restart is because of files being locked and unable to be written to, hence why there's a pause on shutdown and startup for Windows to perform the changes before these are locked. This was one of the bigger changes from Windows 7 to 10, less restarts. AFAIK with UNIX only changes to kernel actually require a restart, due to how it is loaded at boot. Its just easier to force a restart for other stuff, making sure all dependencies are started correctly. That's also true for a majority of Windows programs claiming to need a restart after installation.
Bugs are a natural part of all programming, but at the level Summertime Saga is monetarily a proper QA cycle should have taken care of all critical bugs. The more obscure or unique ones are forgivable, but not the ones affecting every player and stopping progression.

I tried it and it did not work for me ... neither did Unren. Major bummer.
So thats is, half year for this, ridiculous.

If you don't want it, remove everything from "focus_left" and down. It lets you use numpad in addition to arrow keys+enter, bypasses hardpauses in certain games and gives quicksave/load on F5 and F9.

At the top of the map there's an area which name I can't recall, but is a viewing spot that overlooks the entire town, the branch should be there on the ground.

Where do you find the panties for Master Somrak? I got the first one in the laundry basket, but that was it. You can't ask Jenny for her panties anymore. Are we unable to max out dexterity in this update?

Her panties were bugged for me too. If you have access to the debug menu, press Shift+W -> Items -> jenny_panties (use the filter), press 'Add'
