Not sure what specific cc that is, but from my experience, it's usually because that cc is incorrectly tagged with the nude category and/or enabled for random.
You can correct this by finding the specific cc, equipping it on a junk sim (just one where you load it with cc you want to fix or get rid of), and using a program like

, you can go to its categories and untag "allow cc for random" and/or the nude outfit tag.You can also run a

using Sims 4 Studio to disable cc for random and/or disable cc for shower. Most importantly, make sure you back up or replace the cc you need to keep with those categories to avoid invisible sims! For example, WW Tuning, any default replacement skins, body modifications like Hiroki's Better Body, replacement heads & tongue by Nandong or NoirandDarkSims, No EA Eyelashes, etc. Basically, anything that changes the basic sim model, they NEED to be enabled for random and shower.If you have any questions, I'm here to support to the best of my ability!
