TBH I don't know THAT much about the lore, I've never played the pnp game
, so you probably know much more than me about this .Well, as far as i know, there was a huge change in all White Horse (thats the company), back in 2000 to include other games in the universe, something like what the Avengers did. I Was hoping some other fans here to help me with this as i dont realy know the changes, but if they com up, they can help also for your game but i dont mind if you remain it retro (pre2000)

Oh no! Please don't remove it. It adds to the athmosphere. Maybe give the complainants an option to use a bland font if they really need it.
Well the fonts can be stressing for those not used to it. I agree a second font as option

after the shit he pulled in lifewithmary and now this shit... i dont think i will change my mind, i loved this dev when he started (vanilla romance) and he did change so much in this last months that have turned into something else... i hope he dont come to regret it in the long term.

O.K => I decree This a blatant rip off from them Cullen Archives ... New borns get different powers .. some see the future, some command waters, some command sand, some command emotions1. I think now it the time to change the filename to match the game title ^^
2. The font thing. I agree with pceney that it is readable, but there is nothing wrong with an option to use a more common font. I dont know how much work it is in renpy to add a font selection.
And I think it would look better if the label font is different from the text font.
Just as an example. The dialog font is a bit more common, but the name is a bit more extravagant.

For continuous text, a less complex font is simply more pleasant. For the names and interface elements, on the other hand, you can use a more unique font.

This is supposed to bring controversy but in order to spring any plot ... players have to be incited into reading the damned prologue and various expositions ...
The font has to be plain to grasp in the heat of game play ... if not, many bug reports will pour in as people who cannot follow the harrowing exposition will get stuck and fumble all the time.

And I know that darkness is an important thing, but it is hard to see much without changing the monitor settings ... maybe reduce the darkness a bit so we can see more.
