It's dream. there is 3 dream . Among them above , the other 2 is Sakura and Ino turn into futa. The other one is you get blow from sakura , ino and hinta if I'm not mistaken.
To trigger it you need finish sakura route where you'll be invited to eat in Ichiraku ramen then meet Ayame, she will give you Sakura 'extra' something. After that you could visit ichiraku and Buy special ramen from Ayame 3 times . Once each times meet. Each Ramen induce 3 different Dreams from above.

What is the new update about and what did we want to do in it?
For a long time, we've been collected ideas in our to-do lists, and it's time to implement them. This is not about scenario or CG, but about code.
There was a lot of work to do and we have to create a reserve for the future.
Combat system (aka Battle system)
The battles are in the form of card battles. Perhaps it was the hardest element among all of the innovations.
You can test it via the cheat menu at home. For now there are about 25 cards, and all of them are available to the player. In the future, jutsu that you can use will be limited. Write your feedback and suggestions on our discord server.

- Added Ten-Ten sale finale. Without a fight, because battle system is in development. We have smoothly come to the end, special training is just around the corner, isn't this what you were waiting for?

So I play the latest version (0.13) and I came across an exploit. When Sakura asks you to gather ingridients, and you give them to her then you can transform into Sasuke, take those ingriedients back from her (just like you'd give/take clothes), cancel transformation, and repeat. The number of ingriedents rises but she has only what you give. Idk if it was reported already. Thought I'd share.
