U have to wait at least 10-15 days after the release of july reward. If no one upload in baidu within 10-15 days, it is safe to say that no one will upload in baidu.

i tried registering on baidu but it is too difficult. phone can never receive sms and cant understand the language even with google translate. cancer registration process

Before you do the other things you must live in a country which is from the list (f:ex china). You can't receive code for the other countries
