1-3 are unlocked during the intro. 4 was unlocked for me when I asked Tiffany on weekends for a BJ again...

Yes, it is. In the game, open your saves, point (without pressing any mouse buttons) the mouse cursor on unneeded save and press Delete on your keyboard.

After achievement #63, when trying to talk to Veronka again the game freezes.

Same here and it also freezes whenever I try to speak with the other female in the cafe.
