How tf Should I kill the boss which appears after taking carolines underwear?Nothing seems to work

Its only a zombie but with higher health if i remember.
Just run around and hit with bullets/crossbow.

Caroline is the aunt. The rest are not related to you.

Anyone has a screenshot of legacy style to showcase it? Also it is mentioned in the changelog that it was added to the game itself but I don't see anywhere to download/enable it, kinda lazy to enable the one uploaded by an user just to find out I don't enjoy it

If you use the link in the OP for the Legacy CG it gives you links to that you can chose what art you want for the characters that have legacy artwork. You can not change it in game.

The current version is on the left. The legacy is on the right.

I think my game bugged. I can't progress with Caroline. I talked to her after the hand job scene and got hurt two and more times, but it doesn't move forward.
Could it be because I added 3 health at the begging of the game via cheats, just +3?

In order to progress with Caroline you need to get your HP down to 1.

This game does have a theater mode, but you have to unlock it by killing all the zombies in the recreation center and taking the video game console.
