Well, no, it's fine to do that. Just the story I have in mind is different and would need to be reconstructed to fit trans.

Besides, this is still quite far away in the future, I think. So I have some time to think about it.

Definitely anticipating this one. Making a Mark was surprisingly enjoyable. I don't know why I had low expectations for that game. Well maybe because the combination of sandbox/incest/anal/urination tags never properly scratches the itch. But Making a Mark delivered, especially with kinks and perversions. The relationship and story stuff in the latter half was good, too. Man, Sarah checked so many frickin' boxes, my goodness. I had known about the game for a couple of years but never played it. The other day "Life" randomly popped into my head, so I tracked it down under its new moniker, and I'm glad I did.

Down the Road looks like more of the good stuff. Big hard booba? Anal kinkery? And Amber smokes? Yes please and thank you.

Been working my ass off to get all the work done. Most of it is finished, but there's still a bunch of renders left, some quality assurance testing and probably a bit of editing and whatnot.

Yes, it'll be similar but different.
The story will tie into MaM in some ways, but the "main cast" so to speak is all new and all that.
Idk how I'll work with the smoking, probably won't fetishize it too obviously, but she's definitely a smoker and she'll smoke every now and then, lol.

I think between X-mas and new years seems likely as a release, if not, then early 2022.

I've been doing game development for a good 4 years at this point and this is the accumulation of all that I've learned and improved upon.

This game features a number of characters who gets pulled together through a bit of a mystery down the road, well that and kinky sex...

Our main character, Eli (left in image) (name can be changed if you so please), has a bit of a rough past where injustice and misfortune lingers, despite all he dislikes about his life he's still holding down a job, he's got a place to live and a good, albeit somewhat enigmatic friend, called Steve (not right in image, that is Alyx)

the software engineer, running a porn website, tired of dealing with the constant issues as well as the stress of keeping her work a secret from the people who might not be quite so understanding.

In a moment of alcohol and drug infused honesty, they will all be pulled together to what will ultimately unravel this tale, only together can they face what is to come.

The game features a full story mode, where you will occasionally be prompted to explore a sandbox, which is entirely optional.
In the sandbox mode you can find bonus images, mini games and small scenes, while entertaining, won't be necessary to capture the full story.

The animations from my old game, Making a Mark were image sequences animated in a stop-motion style. Down the road will feature animations with high frame rate and artwork that is elevated beyond anything you will find in Making a Mark.
The artwork is heavily modified in one way or another, some more than others. It also features sound effects, music and ambient sound throughout the story, something Making a Mark was lacking.

These are however not the only characters that you will meet, Kitty being one of them: View attachment 1488957

Additionally you will meet Gertrude, who you can see in the banner (far right), although she's not currently featured in the game as she's planned for future content.

Other info:
The game will feature a range of different fetishes, they can all be toggled at will. Some of these will include;
  1. Futa/Dickgirls, this affects a couple of characters I have planned for the future. When toggled off, they will instead have female genitalia.
  2. Anal, something I noticed while I've been developing Making a Mark, this is apparently not for everyone and you can opt out if you want to. This will be switched to vaginal scenes although some references to buttstuff may still appear.
  3. Anal fetish content, this is the more "extreme" type of anal content, E.G. object insertions, anal fisting, large toys, etc... These scenes will just be omitted if turned off.
  4. Watersports, it's pissing, piss drinking, that sort of stuff... will not appear if you turn it off, will work just like it does in Making a Mark for those of you who have played it.

All beside one of these are not in the game currently and is merely planned for the future. That said, the framework and how everything will work (in terms of code) is something I've planned ahead for.

Down the Road will hopefully, maybe, possibly release before Christmas. There's a lot of work left to do and making these renders take up a lot of my time right now.
Almost everything I want in the first version has been written, I'm just working full time on renders as of now.
I did a QA session early this year and the playtime was about 30mins, I've aimed to double that for the first release and I think I'm close to that mark.
