It wasn't even nintendo lawyers. Nintendo doesn't own pokemon, gamefreak does (alongside two other companies). Basically a person pretending to be a lawyer for nintendo went after a TON of creators of adult content for various ips and claimed they were going to sue if it wasn't taken off the platform. Patreon, twitter, etc all ASSUME that anyone making those claims is legit because of the good faith rule, and thus demanded they take it down. Sadly if you don't have a platform its harder to make money, so developers caved instead of fighting back and requesting proof (which is in their rights to do).

Actually the game only makes Pokemon references, it's rather a con-parody than a pokemon parody.
I also don't think that they would be successfull with their sue.
But you never know, other countries, other judges.

And i even can't make my mind up on who should be held accountable, the site owner, the developer or the cloud-host (if its not patreon). And then country rules make it even more complicated (i don't think that all countries share the same copyright policy)
So for this time i can't blame patreon.

Wow such a great game, so fun! Is it just me or does anyone else get Danganronpa vibes from this, at first I think it was the fuzzy screen and music effect but now that I've faced the Gambler I'm certain of it

How does the shop's cosplay upgrade work? I bought lvl1 uprgade for hp and sword for 200coins...came back a few mins later and it went back to lvl 1....is this a bug or are those upgrades not permanent and only tied to the player lvl?

It's not even like that, The Pokemon Company owns Pokemon, but that company is basically owned by Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures. Nintendo basically holds 33% of the ownership of Pokemon, but they also have shares on Creatures, so they own more than that 33%.
