Ok for anyone who can't progress with Sis diary not triggering. Do this at your own risk. It did let me progress the Sis story with it but I don't know if it may break something.
Open the console and type: sis_diary_unlocked="true"
This let me use the PC at night to enter the password and I could advance normally with the sis quest.

I'm at the part where I need to find the Diary from Jenny, but I never get that Event where I have to tell her to leave her room. I had the Scene where she found me spying on Debbie masturbating but there was no followup. I'm at the part where I need max Agility for Roxxy and I can't progress like this.

If you mean the scene when you wanna have a shower while Roxxy's showering too just click on the option "Please" and they will move or start a fight between them and you can have a shower
I need some help i can't find a way to increase my strength stat the balloony keeps asking do i even lift....
Is there a scene with crystal? It says so in the change-log but can't seem to find it to save my life.

After you've completed Roxxy's story you can meet her in the trailer in the morning (possibly afternoon as well). It's not that much content, just sex.

There is. I don't know what triggers it, but one time when entering roxxy's house at day you'll get it. Try to fuck Roxxy a few times in trailer, I think that open's up Crystal, but I'm not sure.
