Too straightfoward. Story is kinda repetitive, and characters are too easy. The previous games were really good because they were bold and you didn't know what to expect. This time it seems the devs got caught up in a recipe to make their games with a plot too similar. Relationships feel a little forced and the protagonist already succeeded with the girls pretty much by just existing. Also performance is really bad this time, the game gets laggy and the scenes get messy.

It's a great game, just not better than the previous in my opinion.

disappointed, it seems every game they make is lamer than the last one. They def peaked at lustepidemic. Such a great dedicated team but the only thing they are good at is making pretty renders. The story is boring the women are the plain copy paste of every other game. If you are the type to jack off to anything go ahead and try this out. lots of content. I saw their next game and Ive lost all hope.

So I'll just go ahead and premise this with saying that this is a great AVG, for basically the same reasons that ToN was. Animations are amazing, the characters and writing are pretty good, there's actual worldbuilding, and the core adventure game-style gameplay loop is done well. Unlike most "complete" AVGs, this one is actually complete and even has a decent postgame.

All of this deserves 5 stars. But I want to focus the rest of this review on some thoughts I had, especially when comparing this game with ToN. There will be spoilers, so if you want to avoid those stop reading here.

Firstly, not much has evolved since ToN. The animations are a bit better, but the gameplay and overall formula is similar. Perhaps if anything there's been some streamlining done of the grindier parts, where you don't need to do as much treasure grinding or hopping through several screens of wilderness to go wherever you want to go. That's good. But a lot of the bad stuff about ToN wasn't addressed, like having to pixel-hunt for items or a lot of puzzles just not being very intuitive.

The cast is a bit improved from ToN overall I think, though probably many people disagree. I think having so many middle-aged MILF characters is overdoing it a bit but whatever. I also thought overall the character dynamics were a bit better written and believable than ToN - I'm not into domme characters like Melissa normally but I was amused at how their relationship developed from them basically beating the shit out of eachother while fucking lol.

It was also interesting that this was very obviously a direct sequel to ToN and built upon the unresolved plot threads relating to that game. The parts regarding Madelyn were good, but the parts relating to the Guild were not. Like, I get that the formula of the game is sorta to have a lot of characters with their own agendas scheming and you gradually fuck them all into revealing their plans but after ToN the Guild had no real sense of threat to it - Duncan is portrayed as incompetent from the start, and doesn't contribute much to the plot beyond bringing in a bunch of characters from ToN that are trying to track him down. But notably at no point can you fuck any of the girls from ToN, because I guess this would upset fans of ToN who would see this as cucking Henry and knowing how the internet is I could see why you wouldn't want to risk a review bomb over this. Even Madelyn never actually fucks the MC! The ToN girls in Henry's harem do fool around with William's girls in the GO harem, of course, but the One Penis Policy is apparently the true form of sexual morality that guides the horny sluts of NLT games. It's just a weird line that obviously exists.

But this gets to what I consider my core critique of the game from a writing perspective: ToN danced around this and kept it in the background, but in GO the supernatural plotline takes center stage pretty heavily and it is made clear that basically there is something like an Abrahamic creator God who governs the universe and mandates sexual purity (outside of marriage/conception?) But in the story William is benevolently cultivating his own pleasure-seeking slut harem, bound only to his magical cock. And I was sorta thinking that the tension between the MC's own actions and the established Divine Will of the One True God would be addressed/resolved somehow - especially given Lilith's agenda of trying to "redeem humanity through pleasure" - but.... this never actually happens. And it creates a weird tonal dissonance that, like.... okay, William is cool and all but he's also defying God and his entire harem is going to go to Hell? I mean, there's even a plot point later on about one of the characters needing to do perform religious blaspemy to have her soul sent to Hell, so she could then be reunited with her body that was there. And she does this, but haven't you still kinda like... doomed her to go to Hell later when she dies naturally? Shit is kinda dark.

I'm not religious. But it is just weird writing to establish that there's a Creator God who disapproves of the MC's lifestyle and will send everyone to Hell, but also he's the good guy. Maybe this will be addressed in future games, but it seems like this could've easily been avoided by just.... baking a more lenient view of religion into the worldbuilding. Lots of AVGs have angels and demons and Heaven and Hell but they usually just get around this issue by saying that God won't actually send you to Hell for enjoying sex outside of marriage. Nothing in the story here really requires that this bullet be bitten. And obviously it creates a tonal dissonance that I sorta got hung up on.

I sorta suspect that the writer(s?) fell into the trap I see with a lot of AVGs, which is getting too heavily invested in writing some sort of supernatural plotline that eventually takes over everything else, because either all your sex scenes start to involve demons and superpowers or it just seems weird if you're having vanilla sex with your childhood friend on her bed while meanwhile in the nearby creepy mansion there's a demonic army being marshalled that will fuck up your world. I think the writing would've been better if the stakes were dialed down massively.

    This game is Fantastic!

I can see that they are keep improving their game .

Just few of them that I didn't like. Not a big deal, It's just a minor things.

I'm really looking forward to their new game!!!

I will never understand why this game isn't 4+ stars, it's a wonder that NLT puts out more high quality work than any other (western) studio out here and still gets reviews like this.

This is not a "hold the spacebar until the next scene" media player, and it's not an AVN with deep romantic stories. It is what we come here for - porn. Scenes spaced out with the right amount of story in between so that if you aren't feeling this one you can bust to the next one. If you're on this website for stories then hey good for you, but I think a good chunk are here to grip it and rip it, and this game is a paragon of that modality.

    For real, I probably give it 4/5 but it's closer to a 4.5 than a 3.5

When you see an NLT Media game, you can count on it that they will get it through to the end with frequent updates.
I have a mixed feelings about their games, but nevertheless, played every one of them because I really like the general world building, story and how each game expands on it.
You can notice from game to game how they level up their production value and animated story cut scenes. Specifically in this game, without spoiling, the fighting cut scenes are really nice for an h-game (sad to say it that our expectations are so low that when we see something like this we are excited). But even though it seems like the story cut scenes were improved, the h-scenes pretty much stayed the same or some minor improvement can be seen.

I don't even need to talk about the quality of the characters and visuals. They look really good and appealing.

Now for some less good but important points.
I still don't understand why these angelcraft puzzles exists. They are just sketchy and annoying. I'm not sure who is enjoying it. Though the amount of them reduced.
I didn't really like the MC this game, he was a real arrogant cocky dude - but that's only me..
I'm also conflicted about the hint systems in games. On the one hand, they are good for cases where you are really stuck and it saved me from getting out of the game and looking in the forums for how to proceed. On the other hand, at some point I just get frustrated at exploring many of the same maps just to find some item that appeared somewhere that I need for progressing the game.
So my game transformed to following the walkthrough instead of playing.
And the biggest pain in the ass of these games are their length compared to the content provided. The game is very long, it takes about 30+ hours to complete. Be certain that after hundreds of h-scenes you've seen them all and they are not interesting anymore, the juice of the game has ended and the game should've ended with it too, but no, you will go additional 10+ hours

Overall, I still recommend playing NLT Media games.

    [After playing v1.04]

Same as I said with Treasure of Nadia, great adult game that's not just porn but feels like an actual game. Compared to the difference between Lust Epidemic and Treasure of Nadia, this time The Genesis Order is less surprising, while Treasure of Nadia introduced a huge amount of new things that were not in Lust Epidemic and was a big jump in terms of quality, The Genesis Order is mostly just a new story that keeps everything else intact (though all good things, sure). If you haven't played the other two, this one is also perfectly independent, even if it shares some elements and would sort of spoil you some plot points of Treasure of Nadia.

I think this one does improve some aspects anyway, it certainly feels a big less grindy and timewise, thought it still feels a bit longer than it needs, it doesn't feel as much as with Treasure of Nadia. Also, I would recommend that if you feel a bit tired, let it rest some time, play anything else and come back later.

Porn element is great, at the very least same quality seen in Treasure of Nadia.

    Overall, highly recommended and enjoyable.

Graphics is excellent, game play very good.

I see there are complaints about the length - but I found that there are always good content to be found. If it feels too long, take a break.

Story is convoluted and the pacing was not great, but it is understandable if you need to try and motivate the massive amount of sex scenes.

Spent so much time and had loads of fun with this!

I've come to the end of another great NLT media game. As always, I completed this game 100 percent and enjoyed every second of it.

Of course, it is another immersive game full of plot twists, just like the previous games. You can't even understand where the story is going. Everything can turn upside down at any moment. This is what makes a good story anyway. We see quite a few of our friends from ToN in this game. Their stories are also completed with this game, at least it seems so.

Gameplay. The general gameplay logic is still the same, puzzles, riddles, brainstorming, etc. But I have to say that a few minigames have been added. They're not a huge change or add much, but at least they were fun enough. It would be great if the next game goes further in this regard.

Scenes and art, still great. Smooth like previous games. The characters are hot, the voices are good and there are still a lot of scenes. As always, each character has a different personality and they make you feel it.

As I said, this is all my opinion and I love this type of games. I'm pretty impatient for the new game, I'm sure it will be a great game too.

Woah, this is like the M. Night Shyamalan of adult games. Talk about high production value and no brains.

    Writing - 1/5
It's just bad. You'd think with all that wait time on renders for all the animations, they would of had times to write something more convincing.

    Gameplay - 1/5
Extremely linear. It sort of pretends in a way that you can go wherever and do whatever, but at any given time there is only a select amount of things you can actually do, despite being able to travel anywhere on the map. It's basically a Kinetic VN, where you have to run around until you find where rails pick back up.

    Story - 1/5
Very dull, and uninspiring. They try to use aspects of a religious nature, but really misses the nail.

    Animation - 2/5
So there are a lot of animations. Normally this is a good thing. However, it feels like every animation was made for something else. Sort of like the dev didn't really do any of the animations themselves, and just bought them all as assets. For instance, every female walks like they are on a catwalk for a fashion show. No one fkn does that. With all the animations, it immediately makes you think it will be more detailed, so you end up looking for the detail without really noticing, and when you see stuff like them walking like they all have dislocated hips, then it makes the entire world feel like it is a script filled with strippers. I get that it's an adult game, but if you can't really connect with it, then possible arousal becomes severely diminished.

    Voice Acting - 2/5
It's not particularly bad. The issue ties in with the writing and animations. They just don't match up with each other. Not an out of sync issue. Just like they were all meant for something else, and was just thrown together.

    Character Design - 1/5
They are basically all 100% default models, with some minor tweaks, bought from the Daz3d Store. Very little effort was put into making them look unique.

    Adult Nature'd Plots - 1/5
They are like a teenager wrote them or something. Very unrealistic, and incredibly cheesy. For awhile I started to think the game was supposed to be a Comedy. But then began to realize that it's actually trying to take itself seriously.

All together, it's a really bad 'end product.' Like I mentioned at the start, all money no brains sort of deal. Basically imagine a world where a stripper goes home and acts the same way in public and personal life as they do on stage. It's really quite off putting, and silly. If that is what your look'n for then you might like it. I couldn't imagine myself ever finishing this game. It's painful to go through. And based on other reviews of how it ended, I'm pretty sure it would kill adult games entirely for me if I tried to finish it.

Steam version always went late. Can you believe it is always v81 before the game ended?

And all these puzzles? You know what I am gonna say. Men, at least can you add real teleports like before?

    The ending? WTF?

After all, I don't see they make real improvements after the last game, in all degrees

I loved both previous games from this series so I was looking forward trying this game, but sadly this game is the worst in the series.

+ Inventory/crafting was improved from the two previous games.
+ A couple nice looking characters
    - The story was boring.
    - Reaching ~70%, you'll get a sex scene after almost any progress you make, this is what finally made me quit and not finish the game.
    - Same old grinding (not as bad as the second game).
    - Exploring was not rewarding and for the few secrets there was, you'll get big arrows/footprints pointing towards it, destroying any satisfaction you'd get discovering it on your own.

Another spectacular high quality game from NLT Media
it's insane how you can get bored of porn even of this high quality lol
but i did twice since the game is so long
and i took a couple of breaks
wanting to watch the two variant booty call scenes didn't help matters either
The milfs in this game win for me, bloody hell they were good
Lilian was my favorite of the younger girls
Reasons to live for? To play next NLT Media game for sure lol

NLT has come a very long way to reach this point. I'm glad that he became a fantastic game developer after making several comics. Most designs of the female characters are exceptionally beautiful. It is always good to see each characters' personality collide, leading into the development of relationships to one another.

The Genesis Order was a promising to sequel to Treasure of Nadia. It delivered the game quite well but many important details are still missing to make this game better than its predecessor. I personally prefer the storyline, characters, dialogues, and the setting of Treasure of Nadia rather than this current game. However, this game's mechanics are the best by far. The crafting of items are simply better. The system has gotten better but the storyline, dialogues, setting and the feeling of being in an adventure is not as good as Treasure of Nadia.

First, the game needs more mini-games in order to be better than Treasure of Nadia. Treasure of Nadia has a fishing mini game that is far more exciting than the target practice and the basketball shootout within the police station. Treasure of Nadia also has a bigger forest and a better map compared to this game. Sofia's mansion is more exciting and adventurous than Lillian and Andrea's house combined. NLT could have expanded Lillian's mansion and made Andrea's house bigger. More secrets could have been added to make the game more exciting. The police station is missing a prison. I wish NLT should have added some prison cells so that the MC can visit Duncan Helmer (spoilers) in jail. Journey in Hell could have been better if NLT have expanded the map. There also has to be a way where the MC can occasionally talk to the Demons for clues. Evie becoming a demon (spoilers) also needs some explanation.

The final battle against Daemalius (spoilers) is good. I wish NLT should have added some health bar in order to make the game more exciting. I also wish NLT should have added a boss fight with Duncan Helmer. Henry should also have a side quest where he can play as a main character but only for a short period of time.

The ending of this game is a disappointment. There is still an upcoming final update of this game before it proceeds to its sequel. I'm looking forward in playing Symphony of the Serpent after this game is finally complete.

Overall, I'd rate this game a solid 4. This game is pretty good but I wouldn't rate this as good as Treasure of Nadia.

Here are my wish lists for the upcoming sequel:

    Larger map
    Characters from previous comics
Returning characters from previous games such as Lust Epidemic, Treasure of Nadia and The Genesis Order
    More beautiful female characters
    Sophisticated supporting characters

    Very dissapointing.

The story is just bad, the plot takes forever to progress and like 50% or more is just useless boring filler, and even then the plot is just boring, hell isn´t that interesting, the guild stuff was boring, the villains were bad.

The gameplay is boring, but atleast there were some improvments, the crafting is a lot better, and the inventory isn´t such a full mess anymore either.

The characters were awfull, I thought all were either just boring or I disliked them and thought they were annoying. Hannah, Chloe, Carol and Heather, also felt like filler characters.
The MC was also very unlikeable, and I thought his personality and model weren´t fitting, he looks old but still gets treated and sometimes acts like a teen, but other times he is treated more like an adult which was always just annoying to me.
Mandalyn was always barely in the game, in when she was she felt very weird and just not like in the other games, in the beginning it wasn´t that bad but closer at the end she was just awfully written.
But there is one characters which deserves some praise, arianne while I didn´t care about her I like that the hint giver is a real character this time and not an afterthought like evie.

The sex scenes are extremly boring, and repetitive, the sex talk is also very bad and not exciting. I mean it does have good animations, but they aren´t sexy they look way too robotic and clean which isn´t fitting for a porn game.

The voice soundlines are also really bad this time, not all but a lot are just annoying, espcially Hannah, the MC agh scream and the Melissa sex sound where she just says oh yes way too many times.

But if you really liked or loved the previous games, you will probably enjoy this too, but if you only thought they were okay skip this one.

    Absolute peak.
Even tho I have to admit I rushed a bit in how the girls get involved in the adventure, the story was as good as previous games. The climax was the most exciting of the saga. Quality just grows. Thanks.

    Writing: 7/10
    Imagery: 9/10
    Gameplay: 8/10
    Kinks: 6/10
    Overall: 8/10

We peaked with Treasure of Nadia.

Whelp, turns out, NLT Media stretched themselves too far with this one. The Genesis Order, previewed at the completion of Treasure of Nadia, had me pretty hyped. However I held off from playing the game at all until it was completed, so I didn't end up in the predicament I was in with Treasure of Nadia and needing to restart a fair bit of progress.

If you've been keeping up with the NLT Media universe you'll know more or less what's happening, the sex virus, the war between demons and angels, cursed treasures and the underbelly of crime. Now you're a brand spanking new face, a detective who wants to be a real gumshoe, walking the beat, haver of women kinda guy. He fights power and control, he goes places he really should not, and has sex, lots and lots of sex.

Sadly unlike with the successful sequel to Lust Epidemic, Treasure of Nadia, this sequel pales in comparison. It feels smaller, the puzzles feel dumbed down, the selection of ladies almost feels like discount version of past characters from the NLT universe, and instead of being slightly creepy and dark, the tone of this one is far more slapstick comedy. Seriously, this detective gets walked in on fucking women more times than a husband cheating on his 4th wife. Like, what were the writers obsession with this shtick? It got old after the second time.

Ok, but for as much as I harp on the plot and story being kinda, a let down, the animation has improved. Of course there's visual mods to make it look even better, but I stuck to the OG quality which looked fine enough to me. This does mean sex scenes are pretty, but honestly they all felt so bland. There was no spice, no risk, no rule breaking. This very much felt like a product of Patreon turning into the giant cunts they are currently about incest, rape, and the like. The trickery and fuckery from past titles is all but gone, as all the girls in this want to hop the detective's bone. Consent given!

I'd also like to pick on those puzzles a bit, not the ones on the map, but the angel puzzles. They feel so empty, as they lack any good rewards. The temple puzzles from Treasure of Nadia had good rewards, stuff you could miss out on unless you got them, upgrades for the character, extras, and outfits. Now you buy all the outfits from the store, all the upgrades are found around the world and are locked behind story progression, and all the extras are bought in the sex shop. Laaaaame.

I was also hoping we'd see more of past characters making an appearance, like bumping into the previous protagonist who becomes a great explorer like his old man, but we only meet a couple. The fat kid from Lust Epidemic, the News Reporter from Lust Epidemic, the hot nun demon lady who has been around since Lust Epidemic, the fiery tattoo chick from Treasure of Nadia, and the gullible and naive chick from Treasure of Nadia. But I was hoping we'd see the guy from Summer with Mom and Sis, maybe the aunt and her nephew from Visiting Aunt Sara, and find them in a fun sexual moment like you can with the mom and her son from Treasure of Nadia on the beach. That was fun, hot, and memorable. None of the encounters in this one are.

I really hope their sequel to this one knocks it out of the park, and brings back some of that NLT magic they misplaced during the creation of The Genesis Order. Fingers crossed.

Story seemed good at first, but the events kinda got boring and stuck at some point. Character progression was not what I was hoping from NLT. It just seemed rushed with the sex, that at some point I wasn't even interested in it. The ending was fine, got my hopes up a bit. Overall, the game was decent, but it wasn't what I hoped for when I saw the trailer.

The sex scenes are good. Everything that leads to them is mid at best.

The story and the characters could have been so much more if they were properly fleshed out. So many opportunities missed for some good story-writing. Also, do you know when you have too much of something special, so it stops being special? That is what happens with the sex scenes in this game. As good as they are, they are way too frequent and forced.

That said, I cannot bring myself to give it lower than 4 stars, because it is still a very good porn game, just not a very good game with porn, if that makes any sense for anyone.
