The only thing I can say is try again, unless there is some really wierd roblem with your game files and the sprites move hypersonically fast, its normal that they move faster. You'll need to get past these zombies, because the next bosses are even faster. Look at their movements, they're always the same.
The only alternative is to use other players' saves and just enjoy the game's fully opened gallery.
Will we get an incest patch? Even with the role change it's still awkward calling the characters by their first name

well rather that wandering around at places RPGM, its better we can play the game with just few clicks. Best example, see the Renpy version of Manila Shaw: Blackmails Obsession. So that makes me feel it would be a good option.

Putting aside the massive task it would be to change engines, almost every mechanic in the game would have to be reworked. The game was balanced around over world combat and various boss fights. It would be faster to come up with a new game, rather than try and make this work in a Visual Novel engine.

Nah, you have a fair point in general, Elena's Life and some other games totally beg for a renpy version, but ZR is perhaps the only one (along with Chronicles of Leridia) that is enjoyable to play as rpgm. Make Mommy shriek a little by taking her out for some zombie killin', calm her down with your cock stuffed up her mouth in the lodge bathroom, go fishin', fuck her in the tent, kill a few more, and be back home by supper...the life!

They both have there pros and cons but I would say overall this game is better.

I played them both, and enjoyed both. ZR has less resource grinding than Nergal's game.
