Hmmm.. quickly gave it a look. It has an installer (for a ren'py game, really?) where you end up with a buttplug icon your desktop. Great XD
The artwork is just different images scraped from the web, so there is no consistency to be found there and some untranslated Russian here and there.

Let's hope the story will do it for me.
