If you just kissed her then no, but there will be exclusive content for her later down the road (allegedly).
If you were mean to her in anyway you can just fight her again and bring her back via the Telescope.

How do you get the burger for the store guy.... i tried making it and the only option i get is to throw it away? Also his labcoat setup is different than the one in the resturant.

If it forces you to throw it away without an option to take it. then try doing some other quests first. probably beastgirl's.

im not going to judge wether it is or not, but when you look what gets tagged as loli on this website it proably makes sense that this game gets the tag
