Yes its the end and no date yet. There is a new feature in the main menu "New in this build" which helps with such questions

Where is cyborg supposed to be? After getting snow white scanned he goes out and doesn't come back and if you go at night he is sleeping and for the daytime he is still gone.

Ahh that's why I can't enter it I am stuck with 1 last flyer can't give it to blackfire because I choose her romance path so she doesn't appear to fight and get captured and the one I slid under Raven's door somehow didn't count for whatever reason like it showed it was counted but when I gave the next flyer it didn't count the previous one.So now I am stuck.Maybe if they allowed it took give the flyer to beast girl then it would work for my playthrough.

As I said my can't do it for blackfire and the raven doesn't count and lastly I don't have option to give it to beast girl.That is why I am stuck with one last flyer.
