If Blackfire isn't showing up while looking for trouble on the telescope, you made the choice to "let her go" and pursue the love route Mity hasn't added to the game yet after returning from the alien planet. You'll have to either go back to that step and not make that choice or load up a save from someone else who kept her in the cage
