I'm not one for horror games but it seems to me like an erotic horror game is in a unique position to make the stereotypical "jump scare" into a "cum scare". Just imagine it; it's late into the game, the MC is getting down, and right as they're climaxing a fucking jump scare pops up. It'll piss off a lot of people but you'd be a legend for doing it.
