The two big Russian QSP games are Son of a Bitch and The Big Kuyash. I recommend both. Especially if you can read Ruskie. Although you may have to hunt down the Russian versions...

There is no real porn in this game. All that you call "real porn" is porn filmed in Russia in 2000. Just in Russia, criminal liability for the removal of pornography, and therefore the quality is so terrible. Since no one will shoot high quality. It is easier for them to take high quality in Belgium.

At a point you actually literally say you lost count of how many generations, lol. God I love that game so much.
Edit : Seems like no one suggested Incubus City yet, one of the rather good ones for RL porn, still waiting for the sequel Incubus Island.
