Play the mtl once both the black and white girl have been unlocked.
you should not download the original files and paste and replace the files to remove the translation.
Start a new game, play till both girls are unlocked and then apply the mtl patch.

you should only apply the translation patch after getting both characters, otherwise you are fucked (both characters are the black girl)

It's just them being lazy, the poses are just mirrored, and recolored for the other character in some of the scenes.

Gotta inflate those CG numbers for the DLsite crowd. The sales based profit model comes with its own set of perverse incentives compared to subscription based model, and boy does this company fall afoul of them.

The lazy bastards even reused the text for every single basic enemy defeat scene.

Just wait for the translated version. Trust me, this temporary translation is not worth it. Just a little patience, I mean the game is almost 13GB on RPGM so it's a huge one. Let the translators do their thing.
