Join the Dahlia faction when they invite you, do a few quests, then the quest to unlock pregnancy will appear, unlock pregnancy by talking to the doctor (one for each char) but that wont actually unlock it yet . You have to progress until you fight the student council president after which you cannot go back to the academy. Afterwards the pregnancy can progress by just walking you'll get a notification when the fertilization occurs and when it progresses to the last month.

CORRECTION: Pregnancy not tied to route. It's available to both academy and Dahila route with different scens for both.

At the last stage you won't be able to switch characters, all H-events bar a few pregnancy specific ones are locked (afaik there's just a couple for each char
selling breast milk, anal, vaginal and some exhibition scenes that have pregnancy variants) it ends when you go to the hospital to give birth. All in all, a very underwhelming pregnancy "mechanic" but pretty much expected from oneone1.

Throughout the development of this game, ONEONE1 posted lots of artwork and progress on their pixiv page.



I doubt any of the art in the game is AI generated.
Pixiv is also very strict about AI tags and there are none on ONEONE1's' posts.

I had a similar problem related to this quest. Apparently, since the character gets sodomized, if you lose the fight, it unlocks a bugged title because it removes the character's "Anal Virgin" status. This bug only occurs with this quest, at least from what I've seen so far. It's quite strange that they can't lose the "Anal Virgin" title with the tentacle monsters, but with this quest, they lose it, but instead you get this bug. Hopefully, it will be fixed. This might be one of the reasons why I haven't seen much anal action in the game yet, especially in combat. It's quite possible I'm wrong about this, though, because I admit I haven't paid much attention.

i encountered the same problem,when i try to find solution at other sites,someone says it's related to graphics card issue,but someone other point out because game itself only support windows 11,it cannot run on windows 10.i checked the dlsite page,it also list that only windows compatible version is win11,so i suggest that's the problem?
(if somebody managed to play it at windows 10,pls correct me)

I'm having the same issue. In other games a compatibility patch was created to solve this problem. I really wish for anyone to help us.
