Just this morning, I tested an idea to quickly animate a 2D drawing, and I was very happy with the results.
I'll be busy most of the day, but I thought I would make this post to see if anything would happen
I am asking, for anyone who is interested; to submit a request/challenge to/for me to animate.
CURRENT STATUS: STILL OPEN (meaning I am still open to suggestions)
I ask that anyone who wants to enter a submission to submit the following:
1 Have an image with your post, ANY IMAGE WILL DUE, it could be
2 Have a simple to a moderate challenge for me.
The main idea of my technique is to mimic effects found in more expensive professional programs like Live2D or Mo Ho but just using good old Blender. Right now the effects focus on smoothly being able to bend images. For example, to animate a walking character (side view) it allows for smooth bending of joints, but to do a proper animation, I would need to dice up the art into layers and pieces so that things like the hands can go over the body and also move. Challenges like animating a face would be a good example, by animating and moving the eyes, eyebrows, mouth (swaping it with different images and animating them). The idea is to push my technique to the limit to see what it can and can not do.
If there is a bunch of requests, I may have to pick only a few interesting ones (interesting art that is ;D ). I will message those that I pick to either let them know or to ask for more details.
Thanks to anyone who took the time to read my post

- it could even have multiple layers or parts (ie character body parts or parts to make a face)
