Seeking 2D Fighters like Street Fighter

So yeah, I want a 2D fighter that's sort of like Street fighter. I've already tried Monmosu Fight and I loved that.

Stuff like clothing being torn while fighting would be a nice addition, but ultimately it would lead to sex.

I'd prefer to stay away from mugen because those ones hardly ever tell you the commands for the game. Even if they do, there are usually way too many characters that don't work together.

Pixel Art/drawn is preferred over 3D models but eh, I can't be too picky with this.
